National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)

The most awarded lifeguard qualification in the UK and Ireland and is also internationally recognised.

This assessment only will allow those with a current NPLQ to undertake a renewal.

A 3 hour training workshop for holders of a valid RLSS NPLQ, NRASTC or NRASTC Light.
